* Rates include loading and offloading the container once.

* The side loader operates on the right hand side of the trailer.

* Sufficient space on level firm ground must be made available for a trailer and a container. If the trailer needs to be reversed in an additional space must be made.

* The maximum gross weight that can be lifted is 30 metric tones including container weighed. Above 30 metric tones including container weighed, will be charged Dhs.150/- per ton up to 32 tones.

* Document collection from the consignee delivering to Hala Transport is your responsibility. These documents may be dropped at our office, or Box No.69 at Jebel Ali Port.

* The containers will be picked up are clean and no dues pending with the shipping company and with Port. This responsibility lies with the consignee.

* Liability on goods lost or damaged during transportation will be subject to normal third party insurance Coverage only and HALA TRANSPORT EST. will not pay any compensation directly. The lessee may insure goods to cover any risk of loss or damage beyond the limit of the standard insurance policy.

* The Hirer/Lessee is required to verify all details on Equipment hirer Confirmation Note before as lessee will be billed on the same.

* Signature of the Hirer/Lessee or his representative such as Engineer or Site Clerk will be treated as sufficient proof of he duration of the Vehicle/ Equipment hirer leased and also considered as a token of having the job executed satisfactory.

* Any liability arising out of loss or damage to underground equipment, wires or such other things either belonging to ETISALAT ELECTRICITY and WATER DEPT. MUNICIPALITY or any other such agencies will be solely at the risk of the Hirer/Lessee and HALA TRANSPORT EST. shall not be liable for any claim what so ever once the contract of Hire/Lease is concluded. It is therefore hereby understood and agreed that the responsibility to obtain NOC from the concerned Government Agencies would be solely on the part of the Hirer/Lessee and HALA TRANSPORT EST. will not accept any liability for the same.

* The Company only supply equipment in accordance with specific order of the Hirer/Lessee the Hirer/Lessee is responsible for supervision of their work. Therefore Company will neither accept any claim nor hold responsibility for any loss or damage of goods or person wile in operation of the hired/leased equipment.

* Time of starting would be counted from our yard.

Additional charges when applicable :

* An additional charge of Dhs.50/- will be added each time for having the containers weighed locally.

* Dhs.100/- will be charge from above mention rates, if there is container weighment at Aladdin containers terminal or inside the Port.

* A cancellation charge of Dhs.100/- will apply if our office is not intimated about this cancellation during working hours or before our trucks reach your site.

* Half hour is provided to indicate the location for loading and offloading the container. A delay beyond this will incur a waiting charge @ Dhs.200/- per hour.

* Dhs. 200/- will be charge extra, from above mention price, if there is an inspection at Aweer.

* Dhs.150/- will be charge for X-Ray inside the Port.

* Validity for this quotation is one (1) month from the date of the QUOTATION.

Payment terms: A week from the date of the Invoice.
